I have been hibernating at home for the last few days from the gloomy weather and torrential rain that NYC has been enduring. The lack of sun has been quite depressing in addition to dealing with the spring allergy season; but it seems like Mother Nature wanted to tease us with a glimpse of beautiful weather for only a few hours this week. Of course, I made my way out, fighting against the army of pollen to enjoy some sun and street-fashion. I came across this very intriguing look and when I saw her walking across from me, I simply had to stop her and ask for a photo. What I find so striking about her style is the combination of color and embroidery. Maybe it was also because I haven’t seen sunlight for the last few days and the colors drawn me in. Whatever it was, it brightened up my day.
