    Love the high-waisted tulle mini. The ribbon detail helps it not to look like a tutu. Not crazy about the flip flops, though.

    well, it looks like she’s at a really casual outdoor event so i’m pretty sure she wasn’t about to bust out anything nicer THAN flipflops! love the tulle skirt..
